Destinations, availability and shipping charges
Available destinations, delivery methods and shipping charges are shown during checkout. Availability can differ by product and destination. If checkout does not offer delivery for your order, contact us before attempting an alternative delivery arrangement.
Free shipping applies where stated in the selected offer. It does not automatically include expedited services. Subscription shipping benefits and exclusions are disclosed with the selected plan.
Processing and transit estimates
Unless another estimate is shown for your order, allow 1–3 business days for processing and a further 4–8 business days for transit after dispatch. Business days exclude weekends and applicable public holidays. An estimated shipping date is the date we expect to dispatch; it is not an arrival guarantee.
Destination-specific estimates shown before purchase take priority over this general estimate. If we cannot dispatch within a promised timeframe, we will notify you and provide any required options to agree to a delay or cancel for a refund. Pre-orders or backorders will be identified before purchase.
Tracking
We send tracking information to your order email after dispatch. Carrier updates may take time to appear. You can also visit https://vonolabs.com/apps/parcelpanel to track your order.
Addresses and changes
Check your delivery address before ordering. Email hello@vonolabs.com promptly if it needs correction. We will try to help, but changes may be unavailable after fulfillment begins. We will explain any available redelivery options and additional charges before asking you to accept them.
Delayed, missing or damaged packages
If an order is late, missing or damaged, contact us with the order number. We will investigate with the fulfillment provider or carrier and arrange an appropriate remedy. A delivery scan alone does not mean your complaint will be rejected. Our Refund and Return Policy explains additional options.
International deliveries
Where international delivery is offered, customs clearance can affect arrival times. Checkout identifies taxes and duties collected by us. Any additional recipient-payable import charges should be disclosed with the destination's shipping terms before purchase. If the treatment is unclear, contact us before ordering. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
