Who we are
VONO LABS LLC, trading as VonoLabs, operates vonolabs.com. This policy explains how we handle information when you visit the store, purchase products, subscribe or contact us.
Privacy contact: hello@vonolabs.com
Postal address: 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.
Information we collect
Information you provide can include your name, email, telephone number, delivery and billing address, account information, orders, subscription selections, support messages and voluntarily submitted reviews. Payment information is processed through payment-service providers. Please do not send full card details or sensitive medical information by email or ordinary contact forms.
When you use the store, we and our service providers may collect device and browser information, IP address, referring pages, pages and products viewed, shopping activity and cookie or similar identifiers. The information collected depends on the features you use, applicable permissions and privacy choices.
How we use information
We use information to process and deliver purchases, administer recurring orders, manage accounts, send order and renewal communications, respond to requests, process returns, detect fraud, maintain security and meet legal obligations.
We also use information for permitted analytics, store improvement and marketing, subject to applicable consent and opt-out requirements. We do not treat accepting this policy as blanket consent to optional tracking or promotional messages.
Information recipients
Our store uses Shopify. We also use providers for payments, subscription administration, fulfillment, customer support, analytics and marketing where those services are enabled. They receive information needed for their roles, subject to applicable arrangements and law.
Information may be disclosed when required by law, to protect legal rights or safety, or in connection with a business transaction such as a merger or acquisition, subject to applicable safeguards. We do not publicly disclose private support messages as testimonials without appropriate permission.
Cookies and advertising
Cookies and similar technologies can support essential store functions, remember preferences, measure performance and enable advertising. Depending on your location, optional technologies require consent or permit opt-out. Use the privacy controls made available on our website or contact us to exercise applicable choices.
Advertising-related disclosures may qualify as a sale, sharing or targeted advertising under certain privacy laws even when no money changes hands. Where those laws apply, you may opt out through the available privacy controls or by contacting us. We honor legally applicable opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control, where required. Deleting browser cookies alone may not control every form of information sharing.
Marketing preferences
You can unsubscribe from promotional emails using their unsubscribe link. If you enrolled in marketing texts, use the instructions included in those messages. Marketing consent is separate from purchasing. Opting out of marketing does not stop necessary order or subscription communications or cancel your subscription.
Retention and security
We retain information for the purposes described, including active orders and subscriptions, support, accounting, fraud prevention and applicable legal recordkeeping. Retention depends on the category and its purpose, legal requirements and outstanding disputes; information is deleted or de-identified when no longer required under those criteria.
We use safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Protect your account credentials and report suspected unauthorized access promptly.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a portable copy of information, withdraw consent, object to or restrict processing, and opt out of certain sales, sharing or targeted advertising. You may also have the right to appeal a decision about a request and complain to a data-protection authority.
Send requests or appeals to hello@vonolabs.com. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify identity or an authorized agent's authority. We respond within applicable legal deadlines and do not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising rights. Some information must be retained for legal or legitimate operational reasons; where a request cannot be fully granted, we explain the applicable reason.
International processing
We and our providers may process information outside your country. Where applicable, processing relies on fulfilling a contract, legal obligations, consent or legitimate interests that do not override your rights. Transfers are subject to safeguards required by applicable law. Contact us for details relevant to your information or to exercise applicable EEA/UK rights, including complaints to your supervisory authority.
Children
Our store is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action. Product age restrictions and purchase eligibility apply separately.
Other websites and updates
Third-party websites have their own privacy practices. Review their notices before submitting information. We update this policy when practices change, showing a revised date and providing additional notice or obtaining consent where required. A policy update does not automatically authorize a new incompatible use of information already collected.
