Available payment methods

The payment methods available for your purchase are displayed at checkout. Availability depends on your location, currency, device and purchase type. A method available for one-time purchases may not be supported for subscriptions.

Prices and checkout total

Review the currency, items, discounts, shipping, taxes and total before confirming payment. Your bank may apply currency-conversion or international transaction fees according to its own terms. We do not add undisclosed merchant charges after checkout.

One-time purchases

A one-time purchase is charged for the order you confirm and does not create automatic repeat orders. Future purchases require a new order unless you separately enroll in a subscription.

Subscription payments

When you choose and consent to a subscription, you authorize recurring charges at the disclosed terms until canceled. Review both the initial charge and subsequent charges, as introductory offers may differ from renewal prices. Applicable shipping and taxes are disclosed with the plan or order information. Our Subscription and Cancellation Policy explains how to manage future charges.

Payment processing and problems

Payments are handled through our payment-service providers. Keep payment details current and use only a method you are authorized to use. If a payment fails, check the details or contact your bank. Contact hello@vonolabs.com if you are unsure whether an order completed before submitting it again.

Pending authorizations can appear differently from completed charges on a bank statement. If you suspect a duplicate or unauthorized charge, contact us promptly with the order details. Never email your full card number or security code.

Refunds

Refunds follow our Refund and Return Policy and normally return to the original payment method. After we process a refund, your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display it.
